A very sweet college friend of mine was married in Hattiesburg on the date listed in the above title.  It was a picture book day to say the least.  The weather was dry, sunny, with a touch of cool in the mornings, which was a drastic change to the previous weekend (Labor Day) when we had Tropical Storm Lee. 

I was her proxy bride at the rehearsal and this was my bouquet.  It was handmade in California by a groom's side family friend.  By the way, I should mention that Amy, (bride) and her now husband, Tim live in California.  Tim grew up in CA and has a great job out there, but Mississippi really misses Amy.  Even though she has a good job out there now too...   

The rehearsal dinner was at the Root Beer Saloon.

Sometimes I just pretend that Amy is on an extended vacation in Cali.  And sometimes I'm not a very realistic person.

It has been so fun to get to know Heather!  We threw a shower together for Amy.
